RamsTrust Privacy and Data Protection Policy

RamsTrust keeps certain information about its members, which has been provided at various times, for example on membership forms or member surveys. All information is treated as confidential and is only used for membership purposes or in accordance with the stated objectives of RamsTrust.

RamsTrust never shares information with direct marketing companies or other third parties and never passes on information to third parties for any reason unless required to so by English law, (including but not restricted to the Data Protection Act 1998) or unless it is specifically stated at the time the information is provided, for example members' comments to DCFC.

All data is kept only for the stated purposes and is kept secure at all times.
