Letter from DCFC Finance Director, Andrew Mackenzie received by RamsTrust.We have been looking at the various reports of the recent Question and Answer session at Pride Park, and we feel that there has been a possible misunderstanding with regards to the negotiations and offers of last summer. In this respect we wish to confirm that we did receive an offer from a consortium led by Mr Peter Gadsby and Mr John Kirkland OBE. The offer was submitted through PriceWaterhouseCoopers and contained provisions for the acquisition of the share capital and for the injection of new money into the Club.
